The Goal is to ensure Coherence and Effectiveness of Operations, in a Constant Path towards Improvement and Excellence
In order to reach this goals, the Top Management has nominated the Quality Manager as responsible for activities regarding adjustment, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System.
The Quality Manager will arrange periodical audits, in order to check the efficiency and suitability of the procedures, as well as to detect the adequate implementation of the Development Plan.
The goal is to ensure coherence and effectiveness of operations, ensuring a constant path towards improvement and excellence.
Briefly, the Top Management ensures:
- Monitoring and assessing the yearly Quality Policy targets;
- Annual review of the Quality Policy checking its suitability and whether it can be improved;
- Assessing Client’ satisfaction.
